Night Audit
As Night Auditor, you'll ensure smooth overnight front office operations, handle daily reports, backups, and system checks using OPERA. You’ll support all departments, solve issues with accounting, and keep things running seamlessly while the hotel sleeps.
What will you do? (Responsibilities)
Handle all front desk duties during the night shift.
Complete the nightly checklist of tasks.
Post room charges, taxes, and distribute F&B revenue.
Perform daily PMS backups and weekly guest history backups.
Prepare income journal and distribute G.R.R. & F&B reports to Execs and Dept. Heads.
Maintain communication log between night audit and accounting.
Control guest checks for all F&B outlets.
Provide all departments with final PMS reports.
Deliver PMS final and backups to accounting office.
Backup guest history and rebuild room inventory/market segments.
Run month-end reports on OPERA and other tools.
Perform additional tasks as required by the Front Office Manager.
What we like to see in you: (Requirements)
At least 1 year of experience as a night auditor in hospitality.
Proficient with OPERA property management system.
Enjoy working with diverse guests and colleagues.
Able to handle night shift duties effectively.
Strong attention to detail and high standards.
Self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude.
