Housekeeping Supervisor

What will you do? (Responsibilities)
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead the large international team of room attendants on a daily basis, together with the other supervisors. You will provide feedback to the team when necessary, always in an appropriate and respectful manner. Additionally, you will handle the administrative processing of room statuses in our Opera system. You will work closely with the Front Office & Guest Relations departments. Thanks to your attention to detail, you will ensure that the rooms are perfectly cleaned every day, allowing our guests to enjoy an unforgettable stay.
What we like to see in you: (Requirements)
You have recent work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in the hospitality industry.
You have an eye for detail, are enthusiastic, and able to work well under pressure.
You are a true team player and flexible when it comes to working hours and days.
You have excellent social and communication skills, which you can convey in both Dutch and English. A third language, such as Portuguese or Ukrainian, is a plus but not a requirement.
