It’s up to you to inspire your team, to pick up the phone and call our (potential) clients. And then, when all the details are in, the puzzle starts; you make the masterplan, which group is where, when and at what time. You set it out for the Banqueting Operations Team and Kitchen Team so they can make the event come to life. Clear communication is vital for the success of your role, towards your team as well as all the departments involved. You create sheets and initiate the sheetmeeting during which all details are discussed with other departments. On the day of your events, you make sure to introduce the guest to your operational counterpart, so the guest knows how the lines are set out.
